2. Service Description

NeuroVault provides lead generation and social network advertising services to businesses. Our services include lead discovery, qualification, social media advertising, and connecting qualified prospects with your business through various digital channels.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Starter Plan: $60 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $40 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who meets your specified criteria, has demonstrated genuine interest in your products or services, has provided accurate contact information, and has consented to be contacted by your business.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and target audience
• Respond to qualified leads in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes. Lead quality may vary based on market conditions, industry factors, and other variables beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to NeuroVault remain our exclusive property. Clients retain ownership of their business information and data provided to us.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

NeuroVault's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Texas. The venue for any legal proceedings will be San Angelo, Texas.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
